Processing Plant

Our processing plant, that reaches 1.700 m2, is located in Chiloé island, specifically in Castro city. This location is vital and strategic so that many farms are able to provide live abalone.

We have two processing lines available: Canned and frozen products, we are also developing and soon implementing the dry products line.

Canned

Our Canned product elaboration line has the technology and infraestucture needed to comply and guarantee a safe and innocuous product, being able to manage both sanitary requirements and client requirements.

Our Equipment:

  • 2 Rotatory washers.
  • 4 Circular Seamers.
  • 2 Cascade retorts.
  • Stainless steel work materials.
  • Product storage.
  • Cold product transitory storage.
  • 2 coder printers with thermo chromatic ink.

Frozen

We have the know-how and the necessary equipment to produce high quality frozen products.
  • Static freezing tunnel.
  • Frozen final product storage (60ton capacity).
  • Double chamber vacuum sealer.
